Easy load: Electric straddle stacker HE-S15/5
The SolidHub HE-S15/5 electric pallet straddle stacker is the cost-effective alternative to a forklift. Small businesses in particular often lack the space, the financial means or the trained staff to purchase a high-performance forklift. That is why the HE-S15/5 was designed specifically for use in small and medium-sized enterprises that need to move large quantities around while saving energy and keeping costs low.
The SolidHub HE-S15/5, helps with transporting, picking and storing loads of up to 3,527 lbs to a maximum lifting height of 196.85 in. With a low noise level, the electric high-lift truck is also pleasant to work for long periods. The compact dimensions (43.9 in x 83.07 in x 87.01 in) of the agile, fully electric high-lift truck are perfect for use in small warehouse and production areas. It is important to note the maximum mast height of 214.76 in.
Intelligent design for professionals
The ergonomically designed tow bar makes operating all the lifting and lowering functions a user-friendly experience. As well as this, all the important control instruments – such as the battery indicator and the emergency stop – are centrally arranged in the operator’s direct field of view. The vehicle housing is completely covered and the ground clearance is low, which provides additional protection. The low housing height and the grid ensure good visibility, with people and goods in the operator’s field of view at all times.
The 2200 W engine rating provides ideal support when transporting pallets and pallet cages of up to 3,527 lbs. The 210 Ah battery capacity guarantees a total service life of 5 h of continuous use. The two built-in lead-gel batteries are maintenance-free and each one has a voltage of 24 V. They can be charged from any normal 120 V socket thanks to the highly efficient charger. Charging a completely empty battery takes roughly 7 h.

The transport speed of 3.3 mph is roughly equivalent to walking pace. An electromagnetic brake ensures that goods are transported easily and safely.
Depending on the load it is carrying, the electric high-lift truck, with straddle fork can manage inclines of up to 5 – 7 %.
The easy-running, manoeuvrable PU castors are fitted as standard on the SolidHub HE-S15/5. These PU castors are highly abrasion-resistant and have a good grip, but also roll smoothly and quietly over uneven surfaces – a good middle ground between quietness and rolling resistance.
